Inspired by New York City’s iconic pizzerias, Alvy’s is a Hong Kong homage to the rustic, late night pizza parlours found anywhere in Manhattan all the way to Brooklyn. Using a 48-hour proofed sourdough crust, Alvy’s offers diners classic pizzas as well as pizzas with a unique Hong Kong touch. A fusion of Cantonese, Italian, Jewish, and American cuisines can be found not just in their pizzas, but also in their numerous side dishes and desserts. Each pizza is sent into a 350°C oven and cooked for 2-3 minutes.

 

Alvy’s is also home to the largest selection of American Bourbon in Hong Kong. With over 20 different types of bourbon and 14 rotating craft beers on tap, diners can pick and choose from a wide range of drinks to pair with their meal. Alternatively, cocktails, mocktails, and a carefully selected natural wine list can also be found at the bar.

 

Located at 8 Holland Street, Kennedy Town, Alvy’s aims to be the neighborhood bar for young and old. With rock and roll, hip hop, and oldies playing all night and an open window for passerbys to come grab a bite, Alvy’s iconic neon sign is a sight for sore eyes and empty stomachs. The restaurant can currently host up to 60 people seated, 80 standing, or be rented out for large gatherings, parties, and events.
