Alvy's is run by the Young Master Brewery team, in collaboration with former The Globe publican Patrick Gatherer and designer Paul Gelinas. The result is a space that perfectly captures the warmth of an NYC neighbourhood joint — terracotta tones, natural wood, black-and-white photos on the walls, and a stone oven at the heart of it all.
